Very well packed, jigsaw seems very robust but not tested in anger. Despatched within hours of receiving my order at a competitive price and emailed a receipt. However, Lawson HIS's good work was spoilt by the parcel company who kept changing the day of delivery and eventually said they had failed to deliver at 7.10 am (my video door bell showed no such attempt). The saw was finally delivered after a phone call to Lawson HIS (thanks Emily) and all was resolved. A person choice: I think a guide included with the saw would have been helpful, perhaps 4 instead of six of the blades?
